About Us

Bonsai Shrimp has been established for many years.  We have over 20 years experience with shrimp and many years with isopods and other creatures. 

We began when shrimp foods were limited and we wanted to create food that increased their heath but didn't affect their water quality.  We developed foods that were hugely successful with that and the shrimp loved them.

Over the years  We have worked closely with animal nutritionists to create our foods.  We have spent many years testing our foods ensuring the safety of all creatures. 

We use only the best and safest organic ingredients for our foods and do not use fillers or bulking ingredients.  As a result our foods have a very high nutritional value and are health boosting. 

We have found that over the years with a diet using only our foods, our shrimp and invertebrates live longer, do not have any water quality issues or issues within their vivarium, have improved overall health, and have a much higher breeding rate.

Our customers often comment on the excellent quality of the food, the improvement of their shrimp invertebrates, etc and most importantly that their creatures LOVE our food!
